How soon will I receive my order?
We offer an Express 1-2 day Tracked Service (choose between Evri and DPD).
We allow 2 days to process your order and create your personalised product.
My item is a gift. Do you include any pricing information in the package?
No, we do not include any paperwork in our packages. All order details are sent to the payee on email.
You are out of stock of an item I like. When will it be back in stock?
Our products sell out quickly, but don't worry, we always restock! You can enquire via our chat function to receive an estimated restock date.
Can I return personalised items?
Personalised items are not refundable unless the items are defective or misdescribed.

How do I make a change to my order?
Please let us know ASAP by replying to your order confirmation email. Please note we dispatch most orders same day so it might not be possible to make changes, but if you let us know within 30 minutes of ordering then we should be able to make any necessary changes.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! If your shipping address is in the UK and you spend over £45 then you automatically get free delivery on your order.
Which postal service do you use?
We predominantly use Evri or DPD. We can use an alternative service if the customer has any specific requests, please use the chat function to advise.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. All transactions are secure and we do not store any payment information.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We do not use any plastic related packaging. Our packaging is made of 100% recyclable materials, with padding made of recycled paper.

Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in China and embroidered in the UK.
